Don’t laugh. First timer here.

I made a nappy cake for my sister’s inaanak last October. And this is the result of my first time try as a “cake designer” :

Love (Product) RED

Yes, I am posting something geeky techie slash fashionista.

Red is not exactly my favorite color but there’s something fiery about it when gadgets start wearing it.

Just like what I said on my wish list, I’ve been dreaming of an iPod Nano Red ever since I started frequenting the Apple online store. Heck, there’s a hot, elegant red version of the remastered NANO! Waah!

There’s a campaign behind the red products. Have you seen the Motorola Razr red? Looks gorgeous too. And there are so many “red” products on the market today because of the (RED) campaign.

Philippines is Eden

•November 29, 2006 • Leave a Comment

November is a travel month for me. I was given the chance to visit two of the Philippines most beautiful places. I am lucky, lucky, lucky!

First stop: Sagada, Mountain Province (275-km north of Manila).
Sagada is approx. 6 – 7 hours away from Baguio City. It’s way up in the highlands. I must admit that I am not an adventurer. If I have a choice, I would easily go to the mall and shop ’til I drop than go trekking on a far far away place. But it’s a different matter when it comes to Sagada. Sagada has this certain allure with Filipinos and tourists alike. If I were to describe it: tall, dark, and handsome. Yes, RUGGEDLY BEAUTIFUL.

Next stop: El Nido, Palawan (430 kilometers southwest of Manila)
Did I dream of someday going to El Nido? Surprisingly no. I am that pathetic. Well, considering the price and all, I would have taken millions of tossing and turning before saying yes for an island(s) adventure worth $300+. But if money is no object, why not?! I had the chance to visit the world-famous islands of El Nido, Palawan barely two weeks after my Sagada adventure courtesy of HP and Intel (and of course, HIP). If I conquered land in Sagada, I conquered waters here. Haha! Now, I can’t swim but I was determined to enjoy myself under the El Nido sun! The place? It’s majestic, grand, and world-class. It’s EXQUISITELY BEAUTIFUL.
